Worum geht es?

Mit dieser Funktion können Sie Kunden anlegen (360°-Kundensicht) im Bereich „Kundenstamm”.

Wer kann das tun?

Diese Funktion steht folgenden Rollen zur Verfügung:

• Plattform-Administrator
• Plattform-Eigentümer
• Kundenbetreuer (CSM)
• Vertriebsmitarbeiter
• Kunden-Administrator

Schritt für Schritt

1. Öffnen Sie den Bereich „Kundenstamm” und wählen Sie „Neu” (oder die entsprechende Aktion).

2. Füllen Sie das Formular aus:

   • Name — Pflichtfeld
   • Legal Name — optional
   • Industry — optional
   • Website — optional
   • E-Mail-Adresse — optional
   • Phone — optional
   • Address Street — optional
   • Address City — optional
   • Address Zip — optional
   • Address Country — optional
   • Health Score — optional (Zahl)
   • Cancellation Risk — optional (Auswahl)
   • Herkunft — optional (Auswahl)
   • Salesperson Id — optional
   • Salesperson Name — optional
   • Salesperson Phone — optional
   • Salesperson Email — optional
