Worum geht es?

Mit dieser Funktion können Sie RolloutCase anlegen (Phase 6 — Rolloutplanung) im Bereich „Rollout-Fälle”.

Wer kann das tun?

Diese Funktion steht folgenden Rollen zur Verfügung:

• Plattform-Administrator
• Plattform-Eigentümer
• Kundenbetreuer (CSM)
• Vertriebsmitarbeiter
• Operations / DevOps

Schritt für Schritt

1. Öffnen Sie den Bereich „Rollout-Fälle” und wählen Sie „Neu” (oder die entsprechende Aktion).

2. Füllen Sie das Formular aus:

   • Kunde — Pflichtfeld
   • Titel — Pflichtfeld
   • Beschreibung — optional
   • Project Lead Id — optional
   • Project Lead Name — optional
   • Project Lead Phone — optional
   • Project Lead Email — optional
   • Rollout Planner Id — optional
   • Quote Reference — optional
   • Planned Start At — optional
   • Ort — optional (mögliche Werte: onsite, online, teams)
   • Ortsdetails — optional
   • Notes — optional
   • Products — optional (Liste)
   • Milestones — optional (Liste)
   • Kundenstandort — optional

3. Prüfen Sie Ihre Eingaben und bestätigen Sie, um den Vorgang abzuschließen.
